Data Architect

• Based out of Regional HK Office
• Critical Role leading the regional digital transformation initiatives

This is a very rare opportunity to work in an organization that has committed funding and resources to a region wide digital transformation in which this role will spearhead all data architecture initiatives and programs.

Role:

• Define the regional data road map to align with the enterprise data strategy
• Ownership of data architecture blueprint across Asia
• Establish and run data architecture governance across the company Asia
• Coach and mentor tech teams at the platform and enterprise level
• Govern data models, standards and design across the company in Asia
• Develop and articulate data architecture roadmaps to senior stakeholders in the region and in the global HQ
• Work closely with shared center resources to align data standards across the region
• Ownership of tools and tech standards across the region

Requirements:

• Data modelling tools
• SQL/ No SQL
• Machine Learning/ Python
• Insurance data modelling skills such as IAA, ACCORD
• Experience within the insurance industry is preferred
