Desired Experience Range: 1-2 years
(i) Managing Data center activities such as Device Install/Removal/Move (Touch Services), Tape Media handling, Escort Vendor IN/OUT of DC and support other activities around Data Center Operations,Hardware Install/Remove/Move - Servers/Network Hardware (including troubleshoot)
(ii) Cabling infrastructure implementation and support (including troubleshoot)
(iii) Hardware Receiving and Shipping
(iv) Asset management and inventory control
(v) Hardware disposal support and management
(vi) Power down and special event support (BCP drill etc.)
(vii) Tape media management – backup/restore processes/off-site recall
(viii) Vendor coordination.
(ix) 24/7 Oncall Support.
Work in shifts including weekend support (5 days per week)
Shift timings : Weekdays : 8am ~ 5pm or 2pm ~ 11 pm
