Attend to all documentation duties; scan and search for documents in computer system,
Perform all relevant data entry tasks; customer data input, review input, secure information;
Report and attend to any data issues;
Provide relevant feedback and evaluation for data entry;
Enter reliable and accurate customer and account data;
Maintain database and update any relevant customer and account information.
Excellent attention to detail; thoroughness and able to multi-task
Results driven; high energy level and confident decision making
Basic computer skills; quick to learn and can enter data efficiently
A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proactive, hard working with a positive working attitude
Good work-life balance
