We are looking for an outstanding professional to complement our APAC Chief Data Office (CDO) team.

The team leads the APAC Division in adopting the firm-wide designed, and industry leading Data Management Framework (DMF) across 5 pillars: Governance, Quality & Controls, Architecture, Usage & Analytics and Security.

This role offers the unique opportunity to design, execute and operationalize prioritized projects across a full variety of products and services for our core Wealth and Capital Market businesses, spanning multiple markets in Asia; leveraging a strong global network with Group functions in other geographies to drive collective success.

In this exciting role you would:

  • Lead deployment of data governance across prioritized business capabilities leveraging front-to-back business functions as well as domain specialists within the controls and technology functions.
  • Design and deploy corrective and detective monitoring capabilities for prioritized data assets in close cooperation with operational risks functions and technology.
  • Engage with Group functions globally to steer deployment and adoption in line with our global program and actively representing the APAC Division.
  • Assess new and on-going programs against the Data Management Framework (DMF) ensuring that delivery and execution enable us to realize our target state

The APAC Technology and Change organization is responsible for the engineering and support of technology solutions, implementation of change programs, and the associated change, design and data governance for the APAC Division.

Your skills and experience


To excel in this role, you should possess:


  • Self-starter, quick learner with an entrepreneurial mentality
  • Superb communication and leadership skills across levels of seniority,
  • Knows how to drive teams to excel.
  • Good project management coupled with excellent analytical skills
  • Sound understanding and demonstrable experience in the knowledge and articulation of business process architecture and how it relates to technology infrastructure
  • Familiar with the key principles underlying data management
  • Strong track record in similar functions and / or as part of a recognized management consultancy practice. (@ consultant / senior consultant level)
