The position is responsible to manage the CRM data and assures data integrity and data protection of WWF ICT systems and their interoperability. Reports to the Digital Services Manager (DS) and supports users across WWF teams.


Data Management and Integrity

  • Monitors and maintains the data integrity of Raiser’s Edge CRM and Salesforce in order to ensure a high level of data accuracy and data consistency; including data cleansing and monitoring the import and export processes between these systems and others.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely updates ensuring data is aligned imported from or exported to other WWF member / customer databases such as WWF activities Booking system, Survey/petition and Mailchimp responses, E-shop and POS transactions and subscriber and eNews sign up in line with data protection policies
  • Maintain a log of all import / export of data and run verification on data.
  • Work with Database Officer to support the creation of various reports and providing data analysis and data mining from the Raiser’s Edge and other systems to CEO , Head of Operations and Events and Director of Development and other teams operating a workflow service in Wrike.
  • Display required information in dashboards or deliver ‘push’ reports


  • Work with DS Manager to advise and implement operational workflow process improvements for Supporter Care team effectiveness. Investigate and streamline current operation procedures such as recurring renew, autopay / credit card / online donation reconciliation;
  • Participate with DS Manager project development which involves member, supporter or donor data collection. Evaluate and provide user requirements for the system interface. Assist in UAT and recommend improvement where necessary;


  • With DS Manager delivers monthly Raiser’s Edge and Salesforce user training to new WWF staff and offers refresher training , with training documented with HR. Prepares DONE FYI training packages.

CRM System Administration and Support

  • Assists DS Manager in updating and installing security patches and upgrades to Raiser’s Edge. Report bugs and handles technical enquiries to system help desk.
  • Runs checks and documents the results of user acceptance test; Maintains the user accounts of CRM systems adding new users, amending access rights and removing users as necessary;


  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis, data management and report generation using crystal report, MS SQL and/or other RDBMS tools,
  • Hands-on experience of Microsoft SQL and MYSQL, Microsoft SQL server, SQL optimization and SQL Studio
  • Knowledge of Salesforce , Revel POS , Mailchimp , Checkfront booking system would be an advantage but not essential
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and adaptable
