Tastings Group Limited is a restaurant and bar located in Central serving western cuisine and creative cocktails. We are looking for the highest calibrate Demi & Commis Chef to join our team.

Venue : VEA Restaurant & Lounge

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily hot and cold Food Preparation and Cooking under supervision
• Assist Head Chef to control food cost and wastage, maintain optimum level of ingredients and stock at kitchen
• Accurate record keeping
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standard in the kitchen

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experienced in fine dining kitchen with Western/French cuisine
• Lesser experience will be considered as Kitchen Trainee
• Good knowledge of food processing methods
• Creative and quality-oriented Team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Grooming appearance appropriate for a premium find dining restaurant
• Permanent Hong Kong ID Card Holder
• Immediate available is highly preferred


We offer attractive salary & benefits:
• Additional 3 days of AL after 1 year of service completed, maximum up to 18 days
• 5-6 days off per month
• Straight Shift, Sunday off
