• 執行公司分配的相關職責和任務

要成功擔任此職位，您應具備以下要求：

• 3年或以上廚房工作經驗
• 對食品製造有良好了解
• 具人際關係和溝通技巧
• 能獨立地作決定
• 可輪班工作
• 於屯門工作

We are currently looking for a high caliber to join our Production team as “Demi Chef" in our F&B Kitchen.

In this role, you will:

• Check quality, quantity of food produced by Production team
• Monitor food hygiene and work safety issues at food production areas
• Deal with customer complaints and take appropriate action
• Communicate closely with Production team and other related parties regarding menu changes, promotions etc.
• Coordinate with all the chefs and maintain a smooth kitchen operation
• Be assigned other ad-hoc tasks

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in western restaurant or food & beverage industry.
• Equipped with culinary concept
• Good communication skill
• Independent decision maker
• Be willing to work on shift duties
• Work location at Tuen Mun
