- Certificate in Western Kitchen Operation or Catering
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Western Kitchen, preferably in hotel or private club
- A good team player with good communication skill
- Creative and independent
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
- Shift duty with 6 days off per month
