  • Assist in maintaining high standards of day-to-day operations in kitchen
  • Responsible for preparing the ingredient, cooking, following the standard of hygiene and safety, and maintaining the cleanliness in kitchen
  • Responsible for making soup stocks, producing Asian dishes, preparing staff food, butcher meat and assisting other chefs with mise en place
  • Play an active role in fulfilling the supervisory responsibilities for occupational health and safety


  • Certificate or equivalent vocational training in Food & Beverage Catering is highly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in food and beverage kitchen operations preferably in hotel or hospitality industry
  • Well-mannered, well-versed in kitchen hygiene and customer service oriented
  • Good team player with strong communication
  • Good command in spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Immediate availability will be advantageous
