Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and actively take part in the daily food production and ensure constant par stock for the outlet.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our Asian and European menus.
  • Ensure consistency and standardization of food production.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene & safety
  • Ensure that all work stations are kept clean and tidy.
  • Work overtime when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef from time to time
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Asian or European food production.
  • Team player with calm and positive attitude.
  • Fast learner with string desire to improve and progress.
  • Self-motivated, with  passion for people enjoyment of his food.
  • Have a “Can-do" attitude in all circumstances.
  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese and English if possible
