  • Support departmental budgeting and reporting;
  • Perform vendor engagement processes tasks (e.g. BPE, NDA/CU, handling contracts, etc.);
  • Perform purchasing administration – liaise with vendors, maintain proper records (purchasing requisition & order) following company purchasing practices, invoice handling and settlement;
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.


  • Matriculated or above, preferably with training on office administration and procurement;
  • Minimum 2 year experience in sizable organization with solid experience on team administrative services and procurement operation support;
  • Knowledge and experience in administration and procurement:
  • Attend to details with good organizing skills;
  • Vendor management (including contract and service performance);
  • Self-motivated with problem solving skill;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good PC and software skills (e.g. Office - Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing);
  • IT knowledge (e.g. software engineering, data centre operation) an advantage;
  • Mature, dynamic, work independent and self-motivated;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
