Job Description:

  • As a Department Manager, you are responsible for managing and executing activities related to the promotion and merchandising for your category of products and in accordance to Company's standard and guidelines.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervises the team to ensure they are in compliance with established store policies and procedures in the Delicatessen department
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of food quality
  • Prepares Japanese food items and sides in accordance to set standards
  • Knowledgeable and complies with the Company’s standards on food portioning, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen recipes, policies and procedures
  • Oversee the hygiene maintenance of the kitchen, cooking areas, kitchen equipment and food storage areas clean, sanitized and organized
  • Managing and executing activities related to the promotion
  • Merchandising for your category of products and in accordance to Company's standard and guidelines 
  • Be in tune with key product developments and market trends to execute sales forecasting, manage inventory turnover and develop strategies to achieve divisional goals
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Store Manager


Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive business through creativity and extensive product knowledge
  • Basic English and Mandarin ability in both written and verbal communication
  • Strong verbal communication skills supported by a positive “can do" attitude  
  • Less working experience may consider as Supervisor

  • 管理和分配廚房團隊的工作安排, 確保他們遵照公司所制訂的守則和流程
  • 培訓及督導團隊, 並帶領及激勵團隊提供穩定及高水準的食物品質
  • 按公司所制訂的食譜要求準備製作日本料理
  • 熟悉及遵照公司所制訂的製作要求、分配、烹飪方法、質量標準、食譜、程序和流程
  • 監督和保持所有廚房,烹飪區域,櫃檯,廚房設備和食品倉存區的整潔和消毒
  • 管理及策劃貨品促銷推廣活動 
  • 按公司所制訂的要求及指引,採購相關部門的各類貨品 
  • 關注市場上新產品和進行市場趨勢評估,銷售預測,庫存管理,並制定策略已達致銷售目標 
  • 其他由店長安排之工作 



  • 至少三年或以上相關的主管工作經驗 
  • 如具百貨公司及超市的工作經驗更佳 
  • 需具備相關零售採購經驗相關產品知識 
  • 有責任心,有團隊合作精神 
  • 一般英語及普通話 
  • 積極主動,良好顧客服務及溝通技巧
