Duties:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
  • Produce correspondence, documents and maintain presentations, meeting records, spreadsheets and database updating
  • Implementing the internal administrative policy and procedures
  • Supporting the department head with secretarial functions
  • Discharge data entry, filing and general office duties
  • Other job related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Matriculation or above
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
  • Well organised, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, pleasant, strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented
  • Able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure Responsible, initiative, hardworking and independent
  • Immediate availability is preferred
