Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing account monitoring & risk control for the Bank’s non-performing loans (NPLs) , including but not limited to following up on NPL workout/recovery progress, validation of loan classification and impairment allowance, case sampling & end-to-end review against the NPL portfolio on a periodic basis, etc.
• Assist in: i) collating and analyzing all necessary data relative to NPL management, ii) ongoing monitoring of changes in the Bank’s loan asset quality, and NPL workout/recovery progress against target, iii) compiling various risk analysis reports as and when required
• Formulating and modifying policies and procedures pertaining to NPL recovery management
• Assist in streamlining NPL account monitoring & risk control procedures by closely liaising with stakeholders, to enable simplification of MIS report and optimization of NPL management system, etc.
• And other job-related duties assigned by supervisor
   

Requirements

• Diploma holder or higher level of education preferred
• Minimum 3 years of banking / financial institution working experience
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
• Candidate with knowledge of computer programming considered as an advantage
• Excellent communication skills. Good command of Chinese/Putonghua and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Credit Risk Manager
