  • Lead the office administration duties to support management
  • Handle a wide range of company secretarial duties of the bank
  • Organize and facilitate board, board committees and general meetings
  • Formulate and implement corporate communication campaigns
  • Provide professional corporate communication advice and administrative support in managing the dissemination of information to the media
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement bank strategies.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required by management


  • Bachelor Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Governance or related disciplines, with HKICS or ICSA qualification is preferable
  • Minimum 10 years’ supervisory experience in corporate communications, PR or company secretary, preferably gained in banks, financial institutions, government, public utilities or listed companies
  • Proven track record in managing large scale corporate communication activities
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, mature personality and attention to details
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
