Working closely with a well-known branded Main Contractor seeking for a Deputy Director to grow and expand the Civil Construction department. We are looking for an individual that not only have the credentials and full qualifications but have the initiative and the ‘will’ to solve problems and be adaptable to work in the front line. This high-caliber professional is required to lead the whole Civil Construction department as part of the main line of Directors of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Tender, plan, manage and monitor projects budget, P&L, forecast and expenditures
  • Monitor multiple Civil projects ensuring smooth running of all operations according to the programme
  • Liaise with Clients and Government bodies and build a bonding relationship for future business
  • Oversee all deliveries of Civil projects within the department including Foundation, structural, civil infrastructure, road & drainage, tunnel, bridge, etc.
  • Oversee multiple teams and lead by example, project delivery, solve problems and mentor young professionals

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor degree with in the construction related disciplines.
  • Chartered Member within a Hong Kong professional institution
  • Authorized Signatory (AS) would be an advantage
  • 20 years experiences in civil/building construction projects
  • Strong technical knowledge, solving problems, provide guidance
  • Good Network of Developers and Contractors with a great understanding of the current construction market.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese Cantonese
