Deputy General Manager for retail & distribution businesses

The position will be responsible for the following:

  • Daily operation management, including retail stores, sales team, warehouse, distribution team, account collections, online stores, etc.
  • Business development, including current channel expansions as well as new business lines.

We are looking for a creative and business-minded candidate who will not only be responsible for managing our current retail and distribution businesses, but also with good instincts to develop and expand beyond current scopes.

The position requires station in Macau; candidate should also be willing to travel to China and other areas as job may require.  


  • At least 5-years of management experience in both retail and distribution businesses.  Experience in wine distribution, pharmaceutical product distribution, and pharmacy operations preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative, able to come up with good marketing and business ideas, rather than only focusing on daily routine.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills: able to handle multiple operations simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, able to motivate and lead a team to accomplish established objectives
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese, both speaking and writing, able to produce high quality documents such as business plans, marketing plans, business analysis, product description, etc. in both languages.  (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Dedication and persistence as human quality
  • Willingness to be hands-on and perform micro-level (rather than only high level) works when required.
