DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER, SALES

Responsibilities:

  • To develop, devise and implement strategic sales/marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • To lead, supervise, maintain and strengthen teams of sales managers of different units in preparing sales/marketing forecasts and tactics ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day operations that align to corporate goals and developments.
  • To review, monitor, reconcile, rectify and enhance sales/marketing mechanism to accomplish budgeted annual sales volume and turnover.
  • To provide timely reports to top management of sales forecast and result analysis, operation performance evaluation and business development.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Science / Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 7 years of relevant sales management preferably in industries of building / construction materials and logistics.
  • Good leadership in team workforce, including but not limited to good skill in customer relationship management and clientile expansion.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skill with customer oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, well-organized, flexible and proactive
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing, Power Point etc.
  • Driving license no. 1 & 2
