To develop, devise and implement strategic sales/marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
To lead, supervise, maintain and strengthen teams of sales managers of different units in preparing sales/marketing forecasts and tactics ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day operations that align to corporate goals and developments.
To review, monitor, reconcile, rectify and enhance sales/marketing mechanism to accomplish budgeted annual sales volume and turnover.
To provide timely reports to top management of sales forecast and result analysis, operation performance evaluation and business development.
Degree holder or above in Science / Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 7 years of relevant sales management preferably in industries of building / construction materials and logistics.
Good leadership in team workforce, including but not limited to good skill in customer relationship management and clientile expansion.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skill with customer oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, well-organized, flexible and proactive
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing, Power Point etc.
