  • Responsible for a full range of center operation matters to ensure the highest operating standards and services are maintained, including the daily operations management of the complex, technical and facility management planning, tendering and contractor handling, relationship building with local authorities and tenants as well as ensuring compliance with PRC legislations.
  • To provide the training, supervision, oversight, and leadership required by the on-site management teams to operate the property in support of all corporate goals and initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee management procedures and standards compliance. Ensure positive customer relations with tenants, sponsors, and shoppers;
  • Responsible for crisis management, including contract negotiations, problem solving, security management and community relations
  • Property management, supervision and instructions and property management the subcontractors, ensure shopping mall can normal operation and achieve established standards;
  • Project Management: Plan and and lead grand openings of new property. Be an integral part of all pre-development phases of a project; Expected to manage direct reports (e.g. Monthly manager report).
  • Client Service: Provide the information, communication, leadership, and expertise required to satisfy Owners, partners, tenants, customers and the company;
  • People Management: Help recruit, provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the onsite department heads; provide supervision and support to specialty leasing; oversee performance in hiring, training, goal identification and achievement, employee development and project management.


  • University graduates or above in property, housing studies or engineering with at least 10 years' experience of PRC real estate management, preferably in domestic or Hong Kong famous shopping mall environment;
  • Experience in project management and opening new centers
  • Strong leadership and organization skills, good communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong time management skills, able to multi-task effectively and function within an environment of changing priorities;
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and decision-making ability;
  • Cantonese,Mandarin and English with strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Success of the large underground mall performance is preferred.
