  • Report to Head of Training
  • Assist in formulating and implementing training strategy to align with business goals
  • Work closely with business units to identify training needs, design and develop strategic training plan to meet business requirements
  • Oversee training operation and training delivery
  • Degree holder or above with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in banking industry or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Work experience in financial products or service training
  • Sound business knowledge of wealth Management and regulatory requirements
  • Good project management skill
  • Good team-player, proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
