Responsibility:

• Coordinate the work of various projects within the unit, cooperate with the bank-wide development direction, and formulate various business strategic implementation and execution plans that to ensure the realization of the overall strategic goals
• Assist superiors in analyzing various information and market data.
• Make preliminary suggestions on the business development strategy
• Actively understand the customer’s financial needs and recommend the solution with regards to their situation.
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above (Major in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics/Financial Management is preferred;
• Applicants with prior customer service experience, and holding either an investment (HKSI 1,7,8) or insurance license (IIQE 1, 2, 3), will be considered as Business Development Manager
• Two years’ work experience in financial institutions (retail banking experience is preferred) or relevant work experience (eg marketing and business planning, customer management, direct contact and management of customers, etc.)
• High-level of communication, interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
• Familiar with MS Office software as well as both Chinese and English input methods
• Good command of both verbal and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
