  • Assist Business Strategy Manager to achieve responsible tasks
  • Work closely with IT and Business Managers for Omni Channel / O2O / Fintech application development initiatives
  • Analyse users initiatives and recommend best practice solutions to achieve excellent customer experience
  • Support project manager to manage project schedule, deliverables and reporting
  • Prepare documentation on user requirements, operating procedures and operating guideline
  • Develop the user acceptance test plan and test details and carry out the user acceptance test
  • Support system management as system owner
  • Conduct feasibility studies, industry benchmarking whenever necessary


  • Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking industry and e-banking development areas with exposure to project management on Personal & Corporate Banking online channels or fintech application is highly desirable
  • Be a good team player and self-motivated with strong analytical mindset
  • Great Chinese and English writing skills
  • Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager
