Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Test (UAT)for various projects
- Arrange and maintain the schedules of various teams and department meetings
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree qualification in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to meet and deal with all levels in a professional and courteous manner
- Good ability to prioritize, multi-task and work flexibly and independently with high level of accuracy
- High integrity in maintaining strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and matters
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications and English/Chinese word processing; solid experience in report preparation
- Good proficiency of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Relevant working experience in credit card/payment industry is an added advantage
