Responsibilities:
Deliver quality services to customers of “Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect" through inbound and outbound calls in order to achieve business targets
Identify existing and prospective customers’ financial needs, including both products and services
Propose resolutions and ensure formulations are in line with the overall business strategic goals, particularly optimize the retention of existing customers
Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking / financial institution and hotline customer services experience
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua
Independent, self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure
Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese inputs
May required on-shift duty as needed
Applicants with less experiences will be considered as Teleservices Executive
Applicants with more experiences will be considered as Teleservices Manager
