Design Consultant / Sales Consultant

  • Connect colourliving with customers by understanding their lifestyle, needs and desire, by story-telling on our philosophy and offerings, and by delivering service excellence and well-thought-through proposals.
  • Prepare and present proposals to customers with good planning, ideas and brand values at a professional level. Market and sell product and service offerings to customers that meet their lifestyle, needs and desire.
  • Accountable for assigned sales budget and wallet share objectives.
  • Develop and nurture leads and contacts at assigned design firms and other b2b clients.
  • Manage client relationships. Perform service excellence at all touch points from beginning to end of customer experience and follow up to ensure customers are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Analyse business processes to identify opportunities to generate additional revenue and better customer service and efficiency.
  • Attend training to develop knowledge and skillsets to enable story-telling on brands and communicate and demonstrate product features, advantages and benefits to customers.
  • Take initiatives to recommend marketing activities to aid sales and customer relationship development. Attend events and exhibitions as required.
  • Promote dynamic, interactive and team-oriented work environment amongst peers and management.
  • Maintain store environment in accordance with company policies.


  • Degree holder, preferably in Interior Design or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years working experiences in interior design and FF&E. Candidate without design background or experience might be considered as Sales Consultant.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/ knowledge in working drawings will be an advantage.
  • Positive mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Able to work well independently and collaborate with others.
  • Work Location: Our colourliving store in Wanchai.
