Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare temporary works design, design reports, method statement and technical proposals in supporting roles to site project teams
• Prepare design submission to Buildings Department for design and built works
• Attend site meetings
• Report to Engineering Managers

Job Requirements:
 

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Chartered professional with membership to HKIE / IStructE / ICE
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in major civil or building projects
• Experience in temporary works and/or permanent works design
• Familiar with design softwares
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Applicant without Chartered professional qualification may be considered as Assistant Design Engineer
