The Candidate

As Design Studio Administrator / Design Project Co-ordinator, you will have 2 to 3 years experience, the confidence and the ability to manage the front of the design studio while supporting our designers.

You are confident and articulate, works well independently, with excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

With determined self-assurance, tenacity, you’re a creative thinker, problem solver keen to learn & perform.

Ability to multi-task, with a positive and proactive attitude, an enquiring mind, happy demeanor, and a helpful attitude.

Job Responsibilities

  • General day to day studio management – incoming calls, couriers, mail, preparing POs, issuing & follow up on calls, couriers, liaise with suppliers (IT help desk, printers)
  • Collaborate and assist the creative team on design projects
  • Coordinates between clients, creative and production teams (printers, programmers)
  • Oversees the planning, implementation, tracking & follow-up of projects from start to completion
  • Tracking on cost/revenue expenses of design projects
  • Financial Administration - invoices, quotations, banking deposits, payments, petty cash, and supporting our accounts department

Experience & Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree graduate with 2 years of relevant work experience (Creative agencies experience a bonus)
  •  Open, and happy outlook. A great team player with a positive and proactive mindset
  • Hardworking and excellent attention to details 
  • Excellent organization skills, good time management
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Excellent command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, simple accounting, database management, spreadsheets, and familiar with design terms
