Deskisde Support Engineer (5-days)


Job Descriptions:

  • To set up workstation or networked equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation/deployment
  • To perform software installation for internal systems
  • To troubleshoort problems and fix the systems
  • To provide helpdesk service to user sections on computer usage and equipment support, and carry out on-site support service if necessary
  • To perform regular housekeeping for the systems
  • To perform mobile device, system and user administration tasks for the systems

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
  • Min. 1-2 years working experience in IT support
  • Experience in Windows & network support, hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Knowledge in PCs/network setup is a plus but not essential
  • Good communications skill and self-motivated
