Responsibilities:
Provide daily IT and desktop support to VIP users, SCCM/ Patch management, end-user support
Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat and Multimedia solutions, MacAfee
Provide first line IT support service and ensuring that all requirements are met within agreed service targets
Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT equivalent
1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk support
Willing and capable to learn new technology
Good interpersonal skills and can-do service attitude.
Proactive attitude on problem-solving
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
Location: Near Tung Chung
Able to work on-site, 7x24 shift
Immediately available is preferred
