Deskside Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform hardware and software customization and configuration setup
  • Support all OA applications
  • Apply the latest software patches or upgrade software versions
  • Maintain the inventory record of workstations and PC in CMDB
  • Familiar to use system for call logging and reporting
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

 Requirements: 

  • Min 1-2 working experience on deskside support services
  • Desktop / Laptop troubleshooting skill
  • Trouble shooting skills on desk side support environment
  • Familiar with Email System, such as Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013/365
  • Good communication skill and customer oriented
  • Basic knowledge of MS domain, active directory Basic know-how on patch mgmt
  • Immediately available is definitely an advantage
