  • Provide support to customers in system upgrades, installing PCs, relocation and office tools
  • Event, meeting and conference support - AV system support
  • Respond to customer requests via phone and e-mail in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer hardware and software problems
  • Account creation and termination
  • Update of IT Inventory


  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in all or some of the following areas: Linux,VMware, Microsoft Windows server, Exchange server. Windows 7, 10, MS Office, Symantec endpoint
  • Certification in MCITP or MCSE will be an added advantage
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
