Responsible for 1st tier technical support to users including VIP users
Configure, deploy and maintain desktop applications
Provide technical support for video conferencing and AV facilities in meeting rooms
Assist with adhoc project as assigned
Degree holder in the field of Information Technology
Minimum 3 to 5 years direct work experience in user computing support
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating System and PC applications
Technically proficient on Windows, Office, Outlook, Exchange and Skype device support
Candidate with support BDI system experience will be an advantageous
Communicate with all levels of management and outside parties in a non-technical language in both English and Cantonese
