Desktop Support Engineer ($18K-$20K, HP/Lenovo)

Job Duties:

  • Windows desktop support knowledge to support BAU
  • Address users request and walk users through regarding hardware setup
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Inventory record keeping, monitoring, and evaluation of relocation
  • Coordinate relocation and related activities regarding desktop level
  • Oversee and direct moves and post move activities

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronic / Electrical engineering (or the equivalent) with a minimum of 1-year relevant experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10 Operating System, & Disk Cloning
  • Knowledge in cloud based & email client software installation and configuration. e.g., Microsoft O365, Outlook and Adobe Cloud
  • Knowledge in wifi & networking - (IP Configuration, Protocol, Type of authentication, etc)
  • Familiar with PC desktop hardware platform on HP; LENOVO PC & peripherals (printer, scanner, etc)
  • Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
