Job Description:

  • Provide 1st tier technical support via by e-mail and phone support
  •  Assist users for software  or hardware problems and provide solutions
  • Incident management
  • Ensure users satisfactions


  • Certificate  holder or above in Computer Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 month experience in Helpdesk Support / Technical Support
  • Good knowledge in Hardware  /Software, user support
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
  • Good communication skills
  • Immediate available is a great asset
