Explore and identify suitable investment opportunities in public and private market
Undertake comprehensive feasibility studies and development proposals
Assist in establishing and developing potential acquisition strategies and identify key action items
Analyze and evaluate property market movement and transaction data
Prepare and review acquisition documents and transaction agreements and assist in due diligence process
Manage consulting and local broker activities
Handle and oversee lands administrative matters for company portfolio
Coordinate and supervise the consultants and other professionals throughout the project cycle
Process lease modifications and town planning applications
Liaise with government departments and attend project meetings, prepare and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Work on any ad-hoc duties
MHKIS/MRICS qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of relevant acquisition/valuation experience in property developers/property consultants with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
Strong financial modelling and business acumen
Able to work independently, effectively and under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
