Development Manager - Acquisition/Lands Administration

  • Explore and identify suitable investment opportunities in public and private market
  • Undertake comprehensive feasibility studies and development proposals
  • Assist in establishing and developing potential acquisition strategies and identify key action items
  • Analyze and evaluate property market movement and transaction data
  • Prepare and review acquisition documents and transaction agreements and assist in due diligence process
  • Manage consulting and local broker activities
  • Handle and oversee lands administrative matters for company portfolio
  • Coordinate and supervise the consultants and other professionals throughout the project cycle
  • Process lease modifications and town planning applications
  • Liaise with government departments and attend project meetings, prepare and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Work on any ad-hoc duties


  • MHKIS/MRICS qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Surveying or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant acquisition/valuation experience in property developers/property consultants with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong financial modelling and business acumen
  • Able to work independently, effectively and under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
