Redress Limited


We are looking for a dynamic design driven team member to play a key role in the digital presence of Redress and our programmes and the ongoing development of Redress’ creative identity. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position would suit a self-motivated, user-centred creative and digital designer, enthusiastic about helping Redress enhance the impact of our communications across our multi-platforms. We are looking for a candidate who is organised, resourceful and passionate about the environment and sustainable fashion, and is someone who wants to influence positive change.


  • Manage and develop our two websites hosted on Squarespace including the Traditional and Simplified Chinese website versions (using language application ‘Localize’)
  • Manage our eDM platform (currently mailchimp), building, distributing the newsletter and other marketing mail-outs
  • Create (and manage external designers to create) visual assets and digital collaterals for a wide range of platforms/uses including websites, social media, documents, sponsorship decks, presentations, newsletters, educational materials, videos and emails including:
    • Creative concepts for key visual promotional materials
    • Overall design direction for each Redress Design Award competition cycle
    • Management of the creation of educational and promotional videos (working with external vendors) inclusive of storyboarding, content and messaging development
  • Develop the design direction and project manage the creation of the annual Redress Design Award magazine (working together with an external designer)
  • Collect data and analyse the effectiveness of our platforms and activities to reach our target audiences
  • Creation of design briefs and management of freelancers for photography, design, videography, acting also as in house photographer/videographer when needed
  • Provide technical support and project management for the Redress Design Award online application system
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned, including media scanning, and clipping management, general office tech support, event support where needed
  • Manage the Redress video and photography library and provide support for creation of B-roll and image requests from the PR team


  • Undergraduate university degree (e.g. B.A. or equivalent - degree holder)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role either in-house or agency (experience in fashion industry preferred but not essential) .
  • Visa to live and work in Hong Kong (please note that candidates without a Hong Kong visa will only be considered under exceptional circumstances).


  • Experienced in website template and page design using HTML
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) experience also must. Experience in social media platforms advantageous
  • Awareness on UX best practice to optimise effectiveness of digital communications
  • Resourceful, creative thinker with the ability to ‘see the big picture’
  • Problem solver with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects with initiative
  • A passion for environmental sustainability and fashion a plus
  • Willing to accept a high workload at certain times of the year
