Identify and manage from A to Z Proof Of Concepts (POC):

  • Understand the insights from the Sport Users and Teammates current pain points:
    • Coming up with new suggestions and offering ideas in order to improve user journeys (teammates or “sport users (customers)")
  • Identify the most relevant partners to develop the solutions:
    • Explore all the potential innovative solutions (internal or external) either in Hong Kong or in other countries.
    • Work closely with different stakeholders: internal (Decathlon Hong Kong Teammates, Decathlon teams from other countries) but also external (local or international start-ups and big corporations)
  • Define the scope of the POC and fix the KPIs to reach:
    • At the beginning of the project, be able to set up the objectives, the levers to achieve them and all the stakeholders who will be involved. 
    • Continuously optimise your project based on the ongoing learnings and user feedback.
    • Analyse the results at the end of the project, share your conclusions and take the right decisions.
  • Be the Digital In-store referent for all teammates:
    • Set up the trainings of our Decathlon teammates in Hong Kong , share your expertise to enable them increase their autonomy and allow them to better manage their sport communities.
    • Share your experience and the insights of your POC with other Decathlon countries.

Innovation is not fixed and we are never convinced about a new solution. That’s why, you will work in a Agile way. You will test the solutions in real conditions and will be able to extract the right information in order to determinate the relevancy of the innovation to our teammates and our sport users.
