We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated and experienced Digital Lead to help provide support to our Business Units (BUs) on planning, development and implementation of their digital marketing campaign and digital product development.


  • Provide support to Senior Digital Lead and assist BUs on SEO/SEM, Paid Advertising and digital project development projects.
  • Provide clear business requirements to digital vendor and internal technical team to build any new platforms. Ability to translate marketing and creative needs into user and technical requirements is key.
  • Be a strong project leader who works cross-functionally with IT, business units and other supporting teams to ensure projects deliver the most impact possible
  • Assist Senior Digital Lead to develop digital marketing campaigns for BUs; including but not limited to website/apps development, social media ads, SEO/SEM
  • Help research on industry trends, insights, emerging social media channels, new ideas, new approaches and updated tools
  • Manage development of multimedia, video and other online media assets.
  • Assist Senior Digital Lead to develop a set of guidelines/metrics/frameworks to track the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts. Help BUs analyze data on display, paid search, organic and direct Traffic.
  • Develop ongoing/monthly reports to analyze performance of multi-channel campaigns including social media, SEM/SEO, display ads, KOLs, campaign site traffic and provide insights for BUs on next steps.
  • Help Digital Team to organize digital workshop.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

  • At least 6 FULL years of e-Commerce & digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or Science-related fields
  • Successful track record of helping develop, present and execute strategic digital campaigns; deep understanding of the digital marketing & e-Commerce channels
  • Demonstrate depth of UX experience and have solid project management experience on delivering a variety of digital assets (e.g. Web, App, WeChat Mini Program, Campaign Site, Social Media Integration/Application etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data; ability to summarize insights to optimize performance and support business decisions.
  • Proficient in paid media and analytics reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, AdWords, WeChat (weixin) Management Platform and Facebook Business & Ads Manager
  • Strong knowledge in setting up ecommerce tracking, attribution model and conversation funnels under Google and Baidu Analytics
  • Experience in managing tagging implementation (e.g. GTM, Double Click etc.) is a must
  • Thorough understanding on the ecosystem of SEO/SEM, DSP, display networks, ad servers, retargeting and tagging implementation (e.g. Double Click and GTM).
  • Digital agency experience is a plus; and strong stakeholder management is a must.
  • Have technical sense and be able to work closely with technical/development team
  • Experience in working in China Market is a plus
  • Experience with Photoshop, basic HTML/CSS skills, Adobe Creative Suite or other video and photo editing skills for content creation is a plus.
  • Experience with Sitecore and Salesforce is a plus
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
  • Language proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
