An opportunity at the largest e-commerce company in Hong Kong. The marketing team focuses on large scale analysis to provide a comprehensive support and consultation to our many business units. We ensure that current trends and best practices are adopted successfully through research and implementation planning. We also closely assist business units to achieve targets.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for various brands to drive customer acquisition, lead generation and conversions, mainly in European markets
  • Regularly deliver reports with data across different channels to review business performance
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness with in-depth data analysis and provide actionable insights for ad optimization
  • Initiate trial campaigns with measurable goals to test new channels and marketing strategy
  • Act as a project manager for website promotions with various internal functional teams (Sales team, Design and Customer Service team) in areas including copywriting, discount structure, website layout, design production and content translation
  • Write, edit and proofread marketing copy for promotional materials
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials
  • Define market opportunity, identify product gaps to generate new ideas for product development
  • Assist in setting up 3rd party vendor and further operational support
  • Support the team across all Marketing related matters
  • Ad hoc duties, including Marketing projects, analysis and research, assigned by Supervisor

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Statistics or Digital Media discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing/ Business Strategy, less experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Assistant
  • Work experience in eCommerce or agency is an advantage
  • Proficient in digital advertising platform, including Google AdWords and Facebook Ad Manager
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a team player, but also self-motivated
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
