Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all online brand promotion activities and developing strategic online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and thus the revenue of the business
  • Responsible for delivering effective website related content strategies including but not limited to editorial articles, Live Stream, EDM content, banner/ video ad content
  • Responsible for developing social and CRM strategies to accelerate overall brand awareness and image
  • Manage and plan Paid Social Calendar to work on social media posting and advertising execution
  • Identify and select the right media and influencers for promotion campaigns
  • Work closely with internal Product and Business Team to drive new product launch, KOL relationship and other digital communications. 
  • Handle product photo and video shooting or other online interactive visuals 
  • Monitor traffic and marketing KPI and maximize ROI across different marketing channels such as paid social, affiliate and KOL marketing, in close collaboration with Business team
  • Conduct regular ad hoc market search and analysis to keep up with latest market trend and competitor activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years or above working experience in eCommerce, preferably in beauty and fast-fashion industry
  • Experience in Korean branded beauty and clothing products will be an advantage
  • Solid experience in online digital marketing, preferably in social media, influencer marketing and affiliate channels
  • Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations
  • Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
