Create compelling, well-structured, and original content of copywriting, graphic design, or video editing to align with the overall marketing strategy, ensuring all the tones and styles are consistent across all platforms
Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve the Sales Target
Be responsible for visual asset design / creation and image content creation (Editing of banners, images, landing pages)
Prepare reports, analyze data and track daily channel performance of ads campaigns and keep improving core metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPL and overall ROI to maximize sales profits
Identify and recruit new KOLs and influencers for the business and build company’s database of influencers
The Person
Proficiency in using Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and others to build communities and enhance brand profile
Adaptability in writing style, able to effectively target a wide range of audiences
Experience working with WordPress, Facebook ad manager, and Whatsapp Business tools
Good data analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong market sense and good creativity
Good command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese
Well-organized, strong time management and willing to work under pressure
Ability to work proactively, independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
