Digital Marketing Manager (Loyalty Program)

About the role

  • Develop, execute and manage new loyalty programs, strategies and campaigns
  • Design and facilitate marketing plans to maximize user engagement/ retention
  • Work with cross functional teams to understand user needs, wants and behaviors
  • Evaluate the performance of initiatives and strategies including on-going review of campaigns and trends
  • Lead research programs by utilizing internal and external resources to identify loyalty strategies for existing/ potential user segments

What we're looking for
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Statistic or business related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, mobile or user-based products
  • Prior experience with membership or loyalty reward programs
  • Well rounded direct marketer with emphasis on loyalty, email and retention/activation marketing
  • Effective communicator and presenter with the ability to report and analyze CRM metrics
  • Must have a strong knowledge base of new technology
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
  • With strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
