Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for the organization and its clients with a track record of delivering outstanding performance
  • Hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns (PPC) and analytics tools for a growing e-commerce business of the organization and its clients
  • Oversee a social media strategy, design, build and maintain our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, Weiboo, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo and Baidu which assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for the organization and its clients
  • A passion for digital and identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Excellent writing and communication skills and collaborate with agencies and other vendors and partners internally
  • With can-do attitude and can work independently. Capable to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadline

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Information System, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing (preferably from a digital agency background), less experience will be considered as Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
  • A proven track record of creating successful digital marketing campaigns across all channels and/or managing large digital marketing projects
  • A strong working knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix – Email, SEO, PPC, Content, Social & Affiliates
  • A good working knowledge of the latest Google algorithms, Google Analytics and Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Wechat, and Weiboo advertising skill
  • Editing and writing skills: Excellent in devising and editing content for various digital platforms. Updating company website and writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job
  • Project management skills: Good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
  • Good business sense, inter personal skill and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese for telephone and email communications.  Mandarin is a plus
