Reporting to the hotel’s Executive Assistant Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s digital marketing strategies and online advertisement solution.
Oversee the positive public image for the Auberge by managing external and internal communication programs and digital marketing efforts.
To maintain and update accurate information and promotion on Facebook, WeChat, mobile content, SMS and other hospitality websites, in co-operation with sales office and reservations.
Develop and maintain a high performance of communications and support relating to business opportunity.
Drive strategic marketing communication plans, programmes and campaigns including advertising, collateral design, production and dissemination, participation in conferences, exhibitions and events.
To monitor and approve all collateral with hotel mention.
Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Able to speak, read and write fluent English and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other media related software programs
Strong organization and writing skills.
Well-organized, proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and committed .
High level of advertising and media rates negotiating skills within hotel and travel industry.
