Digital Marketing Manager

Cigna

  • Responsible for execution of digital marketing programs across APAC, such as websites management, SEO, social media, content marketing and e-marketing campaign management.
  • Manage and analyze digital marketing performance and tracking ROI for APAC.
  • Work closely with APAC markets to execute digital marketing programs for effective lead generation and customer relationship management and to track the effectiveness of the programs.
  • Work with the IM team to conceptualize, develop and implement of digital marketing campaigns;
  • Work closely with Global marketing team to ensure adopting global direction for regional execution
  • Implement social media and content strategy to drive the brand awareness across APAC
  • Generate insights for customer digital experience development, marketing and other related area based on all digital data analysis platforms; conduct market and performance analytics on regular basis to measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to create the best –in-class digitalized customer experience
  • Monitor countries’ initiatives and responsible for reporting on the result of digital marketing
  • Develop good relationship with countries and external parties to execute digital marketing campaign across platforms

 

Qualifications

Requirement:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing related field.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with digital marketing related platforms i.e. Google analytics and Teamsite and Drupal is preferred
  • Have executive presence and is able to interact and operate different markets
  • Insight driven with strong analytical background
  • P&L background a plus. Metrix and value driven mindset preferable
  • Externally focused – knowledgeable about digital innovations, competitors and with the creativity to apply them appropriately within Cigna
  • Excellent relationship management skills to navigate a global, matrixed environment – ability to work local market
  • 6+ years working at senior level in marketing/digital marketing roles and digital acquisition / marketing experience.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, a plus.
