Overview of Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager role is predominantly focused on driving the digital marketing implementation that drives customer leads and brand awareness of the company.


  • Planning
    • Work with business units, partners and external vendors (brand consultant, SEO agent, copywriters) to create original content for the targeted audience, such as company blogs, infographics, social media posts, newsletter, ebooks, case studies, etc.
  • Execution
    • Set up campaigns using the marketing automation platform
    • Plan A/B testing and additional conversion optimization strategies
  • Review & Insights
    • Analyze the impacts of the campaigns and suggest the improvement
    • Continuously review the performance metrics and optimize the marketing programs, in order to achieve the targets on community growth, engagement rate and lead generation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Speak fluent English and Cantonese
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing / content marketing for B2B markets
  • Experience in using marketing automation platform, i.e. Hubspot or Marketo, will be taken as an advantage
