Summary of Position:

  • Be responsible for the creation, execution and oversight of digital marketing strategies that will maximize customer value, build brand awareness and deliver measureable business results. 
  • Have a strong focus on the overall customer experience and be able to design a web presence and create campaigns that cater to unique subsets of a diversified customer base.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product Management, and other stakeholders to incorporate digital tactics into overall marketing plan.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage an integrated digital marketing plan;
  • Coordinate the development of website in line with branding guidelines and company strategy requirements;
  • Develop and maintain social media profiles and quality content on Wechat, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
  • Design, implement, and monitor lead nurturing campaigns among target customer groups to provide valuable resources to potential customers throughout their buying process.

  • Research, experiment, and execute a strategy for email marketing, paid advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and other digital methods to generate marketing qualified leads.

  • Track, measure, and report on digital campaign performance and modify strategy as needed.

  • Plan, develop, implement and mesaure the marketing communications and public relations activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or above;
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in multinational company; experience in relevant industries will be preferred;
  • Fluent English & Mandarin, and strong written and oral communication, listening, persuasion, and presentation skills;
  • Copywriting and copyediting abilities higherly preferred;
  • Knowledge in the latest digital and social media technologies and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs;
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms;
  • Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-tasking;
  • Strong ability to think both creatively and strategically;
  • MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite.
