We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for leading the brand awareness and driving admissions. You will be spearheading the direction of the brand digital strategies. Growth & Design are your main focus. Applicants must be permanent residents of Hong Kong.

You have:

  • Hands-on experience using Adobe Suite Programmes (Design experience preferred)
  • Up to date expertise in SEO & PPC
  • Experience in optimizing a website customer journey and conversion rates
  • Experience managing Social Media accounts
  • Heaps of creativity, a big thinker that loves to get things done
  • High level of communications, preferably with at least 1-2 years relevant experience in a marketing or communications role (internships apply)
  • A fluent knowledge in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese required, Putonghua is a definite advantage)
  • Photography skills a big plus
  • Strong organisational skills, being able to work effectively with internal and external
  • Thrives in a dynamic and changing work environment: able to hit the ground running!
  • Graduated with a bachelor or higher degree in digital marketing related discipline

You will:

  • Provide design and online marketing support to IMS
  • Create an intelligent strategy focused on the Hong Kong Market to create massive lead generation and branding results and deliver sustainable long term ROIs of average lead numbers and admission rates
  • Design & create online marketing material (offline design skills a plus)
  • Optimize our Website in terms of SEO on Google and Yahoo HK
  • Improve user experience for various touch points of the customer journey and increase overall conversion numbers and values
  • Use PPC & Banner advertising efficiently in several online outlets
  • You will spend as much time in the “back-end" of our accounts as you do in the “front-end", reviewing analytics, determining trends and building a data-focused strategy to use for creating content and further engaging our audience
  • Be responsible for the promotion of IMS whilst retaining our values and admission criteria and adhering to our brand guidelines
  • Update School website and any social media or other web based communication tools for the purpose of promoting IMS keeping information fresh, lively and up to date
  • Create promotional materials for school events and exhibitions in order to raise awareness of the school brand
  • Communicate successes internally and externally in innovative ways through electronic and other means
  • Develop new ways of communicating with stakeholders and ensure that all groups of stakeholders are engaged and informed
  • Support the entire Communications team to achieve the schools strategic aims for recruitment and retention of students, that is both measurable and costed
  • Maintain the databank of information about the school including photographs/files that can be used in support of articles, publications and on the website
  • Undertake market research and benchmarking to help inform the schools marketing strategy
  • Educate our non-tech teammates
