Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the relationship with the regional digital marketing agency to optimize the performance of SEM/SEO. Activities will include:
  • Referencing the list of relevant keywords
  • Monitoring their ROI and performance to ensure profitable growth and the right balance between SEO and SEM
  • Co-ordinate with key linkage groups on optimization – CRM, Marketing & Communications
  • Use knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytic etc.) to identify opportunities to exploit market dynamics
  • Report e-marketing KPIs and track trends: traffic, user behavior, conversion, AOV, etc.
  • Manage emarketing budget identifying risks to budget and/or sales potential.


Key Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience in related field, preferably from luxury/fashion e-retailer or digital agency
  • Result oriented, analytical and problem solving skills are required
  • Native Cantonese speaker and fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Deep understanding of the luxury consumers shopping in Hong Kong, their needs and expectations, by key segments.
  • Understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem – from social media, content marketing to SEM and how they influence each other.
