Main purpose of the job

To define strategies to grow digital-originated sales for AXA Hong Kong and Macau in strong collaboration with stakeholders across the business; on the scope of pure online sales and online-to-offline sales; on AXA owned channels as well as 3rd party channels.

To lead test & learn approaches and implement digital best practices in order to deliver more results across our Digital Sales channels.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and Grow Digital Sales Channels
    • Define the strategy to enable growth of Digital-Originated Sales for AXA, both for pure online and online-to-offline sales, across AXA owned channels and 3rd party channels, in line with overall Business and Digital strategy
    • Define and track campaigns and promotions plan as well as relevant triggers to animate the Digital Sales Channels, working in close collaboration with Business Units, Marketing, Digital and Data teams
    • Track & report on Digital-Originated Sales results for AXA across all channels, identifying success factors and campaigns performance
    • Animate weekly and monthly performance meetings with relevant stakeholders, driving action-oriented discussions
    • Ensure communications and showcasing results of Digital Sales Channels to business stakeholders and top management
  • Lead digital best practices and test & learn approach in order to boost digital sales
    • Lead the practice of regular AB testing for the Website & eCommerce team, seeking for continuous optimization and driving better results on Digital Sales channels
    • Regularly review and propose customer journeys improvements (both for new and existing products), working closely with Product Owners, Research and Design team and Copy-writing agency
    • Lead the project to implement dynamic personalization, as a key enabler to boost engagement usage and sales conversion on our Website and Digital Sales channels


  • 5+ years of successful experience in Digital field, with a background in Online Sales Management and/or Digital Product Ownership experience
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services industry is preferred
  • Curious, customer focused and data-driven, with can-do attitude to act as change agent
  • Strong influencing skills to drive forward Digital Channel focus within the organization whilst best understanding and serving our business needs
  • Good team player, able to work in a diverse team as well as collaborate cross-functionally
  • Able to motivate and work with diverse teams to deliver best results, in a cross-functional structure
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
